Really good Stay!

tidy roomking size bedlaundry facilities

the hotel room was tidy and spacious! i had a king-size bed and access to stable wi-fi.. a big plus for staying connected. i especially appreciated the self-service laundry facilities. the washing machine and dryer were only 40 patacas each!

i noticed the breakfast area felt small, especially during peak hours. there was a bit of a queue at times.

breakfast included diverse options such as chinese noodle soups and western pastries. it's prepared fresh and provided a fantastic start to each day, a real treat, particularly before long excursions to casinos and historic landmarks.

the staff was genuinely polite and helpful and offered maps and directions to local tourist destinations. the front desk was efficient during check-in and check-out. i could also leave my luggage safely after check-out.

my room was spacious. it was very clean. i love the large window because i could see grand lisboa. breakfast had many options and i thought staff was helpful. location is excellent, because i could walk to the bus terminal in about five minutes.

the hotel has a perfect location, because most local sightseeing is within walking distance. grand lisboa casino is easily accessible. turbojet port from hong kong is also within a walkable distance.

the room offers best beds ever. beautiful linen. it has a comfortable bed, with pillows and the loveliest linen i've slept in. the bathroom is also fantastic, it is very nice.

the check-in and out process was smooth, very quick and easy. the front desk staff also shared how to take bus to my target destination. the staff are friendly and helpful, always smiling.
